From the moment our guests drive through our gates, they will be treated to an upscale, comfortable, country experience that will leave them planning their next visit before they even snuggle down for their first sleep in our luxurious beds. The main house features living areas that are designed specifically for your relaxation and enjoyment. The living room and library are cozy and snug, perfect for good conversation or quiet time. The dining area features a bountiful, rustic, yet elegant table with seating for up to 10. Just beyond the dining area you’ll find the ‘great room’, featuring a huge, marshmallow-y soft sofa ideal for enjoying the large river rock fireplace, a good movie or even a nap. French doors open onto a patio with a built-in BBQ and beautiful garden scenery. Chapelle d L'Artiste is suitable for small, intimate wedding, engagement or anniversary parties. We even have a private chapel on the estate. Welcome!

The River House is a European retreat here in the North Valley. Overlooking the Sacramento River, its beautiful gardens, lush lawns, and a spectacular setting make this a perfect setting for your wedding. The RIVER HOUSE INN has two fabulous guest rooms, spectacularly appointed. You will be hosted by Kari Lyford and Gayla Selby who are famous for their catering and attentive service. This is the ideal setting for a small, private celebration. Think about it for an intimate second wedding in a Tuscan setting.
